Jillian Ciemitis is a practicing photographic artist, holding a Certificate of Art and Design (TAFE) and completing a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts (Edith Cowan University). She has held solo and numerous group exhibitions in Western Australia, receiving considerable recognition and awards.

Her work favours studio based emotive and intuitive photography, which draws from a diverse grounding as a painter as well as a creative and commercial photographer.
